Recently, our CoCoMag partner TUDA invited a group of Energy Science and Physics students from the Universität Duisburg-Essen, with a significant number of young women, to visit their facilities for an exclusive look at cooling technology. This excursion provided the students with a unique perspective on career paths that extend beyond academia and traditional industry roles. The visit not only highlighted the excitement and innovation within this sector but also aimed to inspire the next generation of STEM innovators and potential future ambassadors for magnetic refrigeration, a climate-friendly and energy-efficient technology that is reshaping the field.
